All potential clients are invited to book complimentary 30-minute virtual meeting. This will allow me to get to know more about you, dig into what you have in mind for your future photoshoot, and lay out the different options for final image delivery, whether digitally or with print products.

After the initial consult, you will receive a smart booking proposal. This will allow you to pick your preferred date and time for shoot, pay the booking fee, select from upgrade options, make any package prepayments, sign your contract, and finally schedule your pre-session creative direction/wardrobe consultation.

After your photo session is booked. you will schedule your pre-shoot creative direction and wardrobe consultation. While not required, I highly recommend this meeting be done in person. It can take place in your home, or my Broadview Hts studio. 

If there are any visuals that you feel inspired by, please share them. I will be pulling visual references and wardrobe pieces based on what we discussed during our initial consult to create a moodboard that will act as the blueprint for your shoot.

 In addition to reviewing and tweaking the moodboard, we will go through your wardrobe, and try on anything I’ve pulled from our client wardrobe, or personally shopped for you, so that I can come up with a shot list and order of outfits to make the shoot as efficient as possible. You’ll head out of this meeting with a custom shoot prep checklist list to help you get ready for your special day.

Upon your arrival at our studio, our professional hair and makeup artist will begin with skincare prep as my assistant unpacks and steams your garments. You’ll typically spend around 90 minutes in hair and makeup.

By the time your glam session is finished, we’ll have the music pumping and the energy high. With your moodboard as our blueprint we’ll work through the planned shot list together, but always allowing for in-the-moment inspiration to take place alongside it. Typically the shooting portion of the day takes about 2 hours.

In most cases, we will offer our clients a same-day image reveal and ordering session immediately after the shoot. While you pack up your belongings, your images will be uploaded into our professional editing software. Because image selection is so subjective you will see your entire session but will have the benefit of a professional eye in selecting the strongest images.

You will also be able to see and touch the different print product options we offer to further help you zero in on what you want to purchase. we love being able to get your images into the pipeline to be finalized as soon as possible.
